MOSAIC AT THE ORIENT
Elandsfontein, Pretoria
Unabashedly seductive, Mosaic is an opulent and whimsical fantasy - as one critic described it recently. Chef Chantel Dartnall was named the world's Best Female Chef at the Best Chef Awards 2017 in Warsaw.
