RECIPE: Chocolate-stuffed Jalapeno poppers

A sweet take on everyone's favourite spicy bar snack, these deep-fried nibbles are served with a honey-and-mint yoghurt dip

Makes: 16 poppers
Ingredients:
16 medium-sized jalapeno peppers
250ml (1 cup) milk chocolate chips
250ml (1 cup) dark chocolate chips
250ml (1 cup) cream, warmed
30ml (2 tbsp) peanut butter
2 eggs, lightly beaten
125ml (½ cup) milk
250ml (1 cup) dried breadcrumbs
250ml (1 cup) desiccated coconut
Oil for deep frying
Honey-and-mint yoghurt dip:
500ml (2 cups) Greek yoghurt
30ml (2 tbsp) runny honey
Pinch of coarse salt
A handful of fresh mint, chopped
