Ingredients:
12 fresh raspberries (or use strawberries)
18 pink and white marshmallows
Bar One Sauce:
1 x 100g Giant Bar One, broken into pieces
250ml (1 cup) cream
Knob of butter
6 wooden kebab sticks, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Method:
- Start off by making the sauce. Combine the chocolate with the cream and butter in a pan over a low heat and stirring all the time to allow the chocolate to melt completely.
- Divide the raspberries - two per kebab - and marshmallows - three per kebab - and thread them alternately onto the wooden skewers.
- Place under the grill - over the coals - for 2-3 minutes, just to soften the marshmallows. Drizzle with lots of the sauce and serve immediately.
