RECIPE: Sour cream, garlic & chives crisps

PREP + COOK TIME 50 MINUTES (+ REFRIGERATION)
Ingredients:
260g (1¾ cups) plain flour
35g (¼ cup) self-raising flour
½ tsp salt
30g butter
120g (½ cup) sour cream
¼ cup finely chopped fresh chives
60ml (¼ cup) water, approximately
2 egg yolks, beaten lightly
1 tbsp garlic powder
1½ tbsp onion flakes
25g (⅓ cup) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
