Dalewood brie exotic with Cape chilli, the cheese we used to make this dish, came second in the Camembert/Brie with condiments category in the recent 2019 South African Dairy Championships.
125g brie with chilli
6 cocktail tomatoes, thinly sliced
30ml (2 tbsp) ready-made coriander pesto
