RECIPE | Pomegranate smoothie
Keep a stash of ripe bananas in your freezer and you'll be able to whip up this healthy smoothie whenever the fancy takes you

Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1 frozen ripe banana, peeled and cut into pieces
125ml (½ cup) pomegranate arils
125ml (½ cup) plain yoghurt
250ml (1 cup) pomegranate juice
Honey, optional
Method:
Place all the ingredients except the honey in a blender. Blend till smooth.
