Recently started running? Here are 3 ways to stay motivated

Starting running is one thing, keeping it up is an entirely different can of baked beans. If you want to get more from your running than an Instagram photo shoot then you are going to need to turn your run into a habit.
Here are some ways to stay motivated:
1. RUNNING APPS
Yes, they're annoying but they also help you keep track of your goals and irritate you into getting out of bed.
2, COMPETITION
Whether it is with others or yourself, some healthy competition always helps. Competing with yourself is the best way to not hurt yourself and not destroy relationships, but if you are ready to feed people your dust then enter a race.
3. INSTAGRAM
You know those annoying runners who constantly clog your social-media timeline with posts of their run? Become one of them. Let the smugness envelop and flash your improving fitness like an eggplant emoji. The faster you get, the more begrudgingly impressed people will be and the more likes you will garner...
