Weylandts teams up with Caesarstone to create limited-edition furniture

Father-and-daughter team Chris and Anna Weylandt of Weylandts were recently invited to collaborate with Caesarstone to celebrate their latest range.
"We believe in design first, good quality and great materials," says Anna, about their enthusiasm to experiment with the new products.
"Innovation is key to the design process," says Chris, "and working with Caesarstone allowed us to be innovative as we combined their new products with natural materials and mixed the different textures."The result is a bespoke collection featuring a limited-edition drinks cabinet and a set of occasional tables, aptly named Convivium.
"Convivium is the Latin word for a dinner party or a gathering," says Anna, and the collection aims to "take the art of hosting to new levels of sophistication".The pieces are a perfect mix of Caesarstone's classic marblesque texture and the bold, contemporary lines that characterise Weylandts' furniture.
"Good design has to be relevant and timeless," says Chris - and the new collection perfectly embodies this sentiment.
