Lonely Planet has just released its Best in Travel lists for 2018 - and South Africa is in.
The annual lists give travellers a heads-up on the top 10 countries, cities, regions and best value destinations they should be heading to in 2018.
South Africa is at number 10 on the top countries list, with the guide book's experts praising "its diversity of landscape and natural wonders, thriving cities, and great value for international visitors".
The number one country to visit next year, though, is Chile, which celebrates 200 years of independence next year...
