World's tallest hotel plans to ground daredevils

The world's tallest hotel has opened in Dubai - yet again. That is, a new hotel in Dubai, called the Gevora Hotel, standing at 356m, is 1m higher than what used to be the world's tallest hotel, the JW Marriot Marquis, which is also in Dubai.
The United Arab Emirates is also home to the world's tallest building, the 828m Burj Khalifa. Though tourists can buy tickets to its 555m-high observation deck, they can't stay as it's not a hotel.
The Gevora has 528 rooms within its glittering gold, 75-storey exterior.
UAE newspaper The National points out that the hotel has no liquor licence, and quotes the hotel's general manager Jairaj Gorsia as saying the "home-grown Emirati hotel" will appeal to families looking for a quiet and relaxing stay.
"Our guests are looking for a good bed, a good cup of coffee and convenience. The hotel is located in the centre of Dubai and we offer high quality service," Gorsia said.
He added that the hotel would have dedicated security teams to ensure that no daredevils attempt to climb the exterior of the hotel or perform any stunts...
