Jailed US teen was 'misled' by SA jihadist

A South African jihadist is accused of having a hidden hand in recruiting a naive teenager who was moulded into a radical advocate of Islamic State and is now serving an 11-year prison sentence in the US. Ali Shukri Amin, of Virginia, was a quiet, polite and intelligent child whose schooling was disrupted by Crohn's disease, according to his teachers.
