Prepare to see the Bible in a queer light. For more than 10 years, American Peterson Toscano, 51, has travelled Europe and North America presenting "performance lectures" with a lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) slant. His new show, Taking Matters into Our Own Hands - LGBTQ-friendly Bible Stories , will be opening at the Central Methodist Church in Cape Town on Tuesday.
