Death threats to Eskom state capture witnesses

As the inquiry into state capture at Eskom got under way in parliament this week, it became clear that the utility has for years been the target of a sustained and focused campaign to loot its resources.
There were also people who didn't want this to come out; death threats were made against witnesses.
By Friday, the parliamentary committee read out sections of what it called an "intimidating" letter from the Black First Land First movement demanding the "witch hunt of the Guptas" be stopped...
