Rwandan refugees in Zimbabwe are refusing to go back home in defiance of a six-year-old UN resolution.

After President Paul Kagame's election victory in 2017, the UN said the refugees should be repatriated before the end of the year. It said those who became refugees before 1999 would be declared illegal immigrants if they did not leave Zimbabwe...
