Casac wants JSC ConCourt interviews declared unlawful

Members of the Judicial Service Commission had “failed dismally” in the recent Constitutional Court interviews, the Council for the Advancement of the South African Constitution said in court papers this week, asking the Johannesburg high court to declare the interviews unlawful and set aside the commission’s recommendations for appointment.
