'Rogue' unit never broke the law and was very effective

Since 2014, I have had my name vilified in the media, been accused of criminal acts, including salacious ones such as running a brothel.I was subjected to the humiliation of a succession of "investigations" during which none of these allegations was ever put to me to answer.Yet, "findings" emanating from these "investigations" consistently found their way into the media without me ever having been formally afforded sight thereof.
