He brought us the shameful kissing festival, where he and his friends blew more than R100-million of taxpayers' money. He also took our money on the pretext that he was organising R&B superstar R Kelly's concert.That never happened.You would have thought all of this would force this Mampara to hide in a dark place where he can never be found.
