This Mampara has been an MP since 1994, but still does not understand the constitutional doctrine of the separation of powers.
Mamparabooi shocked the nation when he sat next to South African Revenue Service commissioner Tom Moyane at his press briefing on KPMG and its rogue report on the “rogue unit”, and even entertained questions from journalists.
When he was called out on it, he issued a half-hearted apology for the confusion he had caused but still insisted he had acted within his rights.
Now we understand why this Mampara was demoted from the powerful position of party chief whip.
This was a clear attempt by Mamparabooi to promote himself from the ranks of the voting cattle to the status of a looting brigade imbongi...
