Ramaphosa meets pliers-carrying Zim president at launch of BMA

President Cyril Ramaphosa has "alerted" Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa to the launch of the Border Management Authority (BMA), despite South Africa's battle to control the influx of illegal foreigners from neighbouring countries.
