Bafana Bafana launched their 2018 Fifa World Cup campaign on a positive note when they beat Angola 3-1 in Benguela on Friday.

Angola opened the scoring in the second minute through Gelson before Tokelo Rantie (11th minute) and Thamsanqa Gabuza (25th) gave the visitors at the break, Sport24 reported.

Andile Jali completed the scoring with a 82nd-minute penalty, before being shown a second yellow for his celebrations.
