Kaizer Chiefs weakly conceded a home defeat in the first leg of their Caf Champions League first-round tie against ASEC Mimosas, prompting chants from the home fans of "Steve must fall". ASEC striker Adama Bakayoko headed a 54th-minute goal for the Ivorian club that is likely to see Chiefs again eliminated from the competition before the group stages in this coming weekend's return leg.
