Nobody laughed when a funny thing happened after the first drinks break in the test series between South Africa and New Zealand at Kingsmead on Friday.It came when Dean Elgar dared to drive with uncommon dash at Doug Bracewell, splintering a catch to second slip.That marked the fall of the second wicket.
