Multi-Grammy Award winning DJ David Guetta will be touring South Africa with 'Sexy Bitch' collaborator AKON, on October 14 and 15, 2011 at the St Yves Music Festival., following closely on the heels of the international launch for Guetta’s brand new album Nothing But The Beat.

Supporting acts include DJs  Joe Bermudez and DJ Jenny LaFemme. South Africa’s Jax Panik and DJ Dean Fuel are also on the line up.

Guetta broke onto the music scene in 2009 with One Love, a fusion of electro and hip-hop with radio-friendly pop appeal.

Nothing But The Beat is out now and includes songs like Where Them Girls At featuring Flo Rida and Nicki Minaj, and the newest single Little Bad Girl featuring Taio Cruz and Ludacris.

The album features no fewer than 17 guest artists, including hip-hop royalty Snoop Dogg and Timbaland, along with R&B superstars Usher, Chris Brown and Akon – plus Guetta’s “fellow mad scientist” Will.I.Am. “I produced about 40 songs to get these 13 records together,” Guetta explains. “I wanted every song to be huge, phenomenal.”

Venue details will be confirmed, along with ticket details. Tickets will go on sale this week through Computicket. R5 from every ticket sold will be donated to The Trust, which represents various charitable organisations in Southern Africa.
