Liv Tyler's eagerly awaited music video for Very Irrésistible Givenchy Electric Rose has been revealed online.

On February 13 the French fashion house released the video for Tyler's modern cover of 1987 track "Need You Tonight" by Australian band INXS.

Tyler smolders in the clip, which features choreography by famous dancer Bianca Li and was filmed by Swedish director Johan Renck, who has previously worked with artists ranging from Madonna to Bat for Lashes.

It was announced back in December that Tyler would be the voice of Givenchy's latest scent, collaborating with Sony Music Entertainment on "an electrifying meeting between the world of rock and the universe of perfume."

New York-based musician David Andrew Sitek, who has worked with indie bands including Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Liars and Foals, produced the record.

As well as representing beauty brands including Pantene haircare, Tyler -- whose father is Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler -- has modeled for Givenchy since 2003. The emphasis on her rock and roll heritage follows a recent spate of edgier campaigns from esteemed French fashion houses: model and Thrush Metal drummer Alice Dellal was last year announced as the next face of Chanel handbags.

Very Irrésistible Givenchy Electric Rose is scheduled to hit stores in the US this April.
