Harry Shum Jr. has paid tribute to his dead 'Glee' castmate Cory Monteith with a photo collage on Instagram.
The 'Glee' actor was devastated by the sudden death of his co-star from a heroin and alcohol overdose last weekend and Shum took to his Instagram page to share his memories of Monteith with pictures that included the star playing the drums and joking with Chris Colfer.
Shum wrote: ''This is how I remember him. Kind hearted. Incredibly funny. Extremely passionate.''
Shum isn't the only 'Glee' star to pay tribute to Monteith, Jane Lynch recently spoke out about his enthusiasm for life. She said: ''I always admired how he would get up ... you know, he would fly to Mexico, he'd throw parties for his friends. I don't think he left one day unlived. He was a real bright light in our family and we've lost a really great guy.''
The actress thought Monteith had one of the ''biggest hearts'' and was gracious about the opportunities 'Glee' gave him.
She added: ''Cory's one of the biggest hearts, was a real bright light. He was one of those guys that ... you know, he knew he was breathing rarified air ... the gifts that this wonderful show gave us.''
