Caitlyn Jenner had a naming ceremony where Culture Club star Boy George and transgender actress Candis Cayne both performed. The 65-year-old star - who was known as Bruce before her transition - was officially named by a minister in a spiritual event by the swimming pool of her Malibu home, two months after she revealed her new identity on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine.
