Chris Brown sued by injured fan

Chris Brown is being sued for alleged negligence after the fan was shot at the end of the singer's performance at a nightclub in San Jose, California in January. Paul Briley has filed a new lawsuit against Brown and Fiesta Nightclub in San Jose, California, claiming they ''failed to provide adequate security'' and ''failed to implement security procedures'' before five people were shot and injured at the end of the singer's performance there earlier this year.
