Christina Milian and Lil Wayne split

Christina Milian has split from Lil Wayne after a year of dating because of their busy schedules. Milian and the 32-year-old rapper reportedly ended their year-long relationship last month, but have decided to remain friends. According to an insider, the paid called it a day because their busy schedules made it too hard to spend much time together. A source told Us Weekly magazine: ''They've broken up a few times before. She's got so much going on with 'Grandfathered', her E! and Hulu shows, and working on her album with Wayne. It doesn't help that Wayne is all over the place too. They both have insane lives and schedules.'' The news comes just two months after Milian - who has five-year-old daughter Violet with ex-husband The-Dream - gushed about how ''special'' Wayne was to her. She said: ''We're both very happy. He's very special to me, yeah. For me, I'm so inspired by the relationship that I'm in that it's definitely an experience. It's that careless, hopeless, romantic love - that feeling of 'I will do anything for you' and it's just incredible and so yeah, 'rebel for you' means 'I'm all about you.' We love that!''' And the 33-year-old beauty had also admitted their relationship was so important to her, she didn't like to speak about it. She said: ''The deal is he's my man...crush. I think he's awesome. He and I have a very special relationship and I think I've always been very careful with it publicly because when you have something special it's like everybody picks apart words. They'll pick apart a moment in a picture and take something that's special and trash it.''..
