Tumi Morake on what's wrong with sugar-coating life's bitter pills

Fiery social critic and stand-up comedienne Tumi Morake takes aim at the concept of identity - firing verbal missiles at people on a diet of social media‚ entertainment programmes and tabloid reading - with her new one-woman show‚ coming on stage in December. Morake is aiming to be thought-provoking‚ and to provide a glimpse of what life could be like if we all made the mental effort to deal with issues that we have become "too soft" to care about‚ her publicist says.
