Multi award-winning DJ Black Coffee has hinted that he is planning on making history by becoming the first South African musician to fill up the 94 000-plus capacity FNB Stadium in April 2016.

Black Coffee’s announcement comes just a month after Hip Hop artist Cassper Nyovest became the first local musician to fill up The Dome. Over 20 000 fans packed the venue to the rafters.

No concert by a local artist or group has ever managed to fill up FNB Stadium but Black Coffee reckons he can pull off a miraculous feat by becoming the first South African artist to fill up the stadium.

FNB Stadium is currently the largest stadium in Africa since its capacity was increased to 94,700 for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
