Charlie Sheen claims his former fiancée Brett Rossi knew he is HIV positive and ''insisted'' they should have unprotected sex anyway. Sheen is currently locked in a bitter legal battle with his former fiancée as she is claiming he was ''negligent'' and left her ''emotionally distressed'' by not revealing to her that he is HIV positive.
