If Twitter is anything to go by, a number of fans were left underwhelmed with Metro FM's new morning drive show, hosted by Somizi, Khanyi Mbau and Ntombi Mzolo.

Soon after its debut on Monday morning, listeners took to social media to express their disappointment with the show, called Whose Show Is It Anyway.

A little more than just underwhelmed, AKA also seemingly shared his thoughts, however, without mentioning any names.

"This is horrible, cringeworthy stuff," the rapper tweeted during the live airing of Whose Show Is It Anyway. While it is not certain, who or what the tweet was referring to, there's a good chance that it was directed to Somizi, who he has been at loggerheads with since September last year.

The pair stopped seeing eye to eye when the rapper's ex-girlfriend, DJ Zinhle, revealed he had been cheating on her with TV personality Bonang Matheba.

In an episode of his reality show, Living The Dream with Somizi,  Somizi hinted where his ongoing the beef with AKA and Bonang stems from.

"All I hear is that she thinks or she was told that I told Zinhle about her relationship with AKA ... But why? Why would I do that to her? I want the three of them - Zinhle, AKA and Bonang - to sit down and tell me who said I said what," he explained.

"I'm too old for this s**t. People come into your life and leave for a reason."
