Award-winning singers Tresor Riziki and Berita have both dismissed rumours that they're an item, claiming that they're signed to the same label, Vth Season, which should explain why they're often seen together.
This comes after Sunday Sun sources claimed that the two have been "dating for a few months now," and have kept their supposed love life under wraps.
However, speaking to the local publication, both Tresor and Berita have dismissed the sources' claims, pointing out that they work closely together, and thus maintain a professional relationship.
"We’re signed under Vth Season, we work closely together, so people assume we’re dating. My focus is to make my new single Nguwe Wedwa a success," Berita explained.
In a statement to TMG Entertainment, Benza, who is the Managing Director of Vth Season echoed the same sentiment: "Berita is very happy and in a good space at the moment. Her new single, Nguwe Wedwa, is a reflection of the mood she is in. We cannot comment as to whether or not Tresor is the man in her life."
