In May this year Lerato Kganyago found herself making headlines after a well-known magazine released unedited pictures of her - but Lerato held her head high and stood by her curves.

The debacle caused widespread anger with many high-profile personalities coming out to stand in solidarity with Lerato.

The magazine released unedited pictures showing Lerato's cellulite but that did not shake her.

Now months later and with that situation in the past, Lerato has some advice for women.

  •

“If there’s one piece of advice I could give to young women, its to stand in front of a mirror and truly look at themselves. If you’re not comfortable in your skin, own it,” she told Grazia magazine.

Lerato advised women to erase all the negative comments and opinions from their head.

"All those negative opinions in your head? Erase them. You are beautiful inside and out, and this vessel is the only one you’ve got to get you through life – so you may as well embrace it and love it."

  •

Lerato added that the most important thing is to not let anyone else define who you are.

Speaking to TMG Entertainment in May, Lerato said that she's far from embarrassed over her cellulite.

"I'm disappointed that they (True Love) did this. They thought that they were body shaming me. But nothing could be further from the truth. I often speak about my cellulite. I'm a woman. It's part of me."

And staying true to herself Lerato continues to flaunt her booty.
