Look, it's not like Khanyi Mbau has ever had an inch of extra fat, but a picture she posted to Instagram has shown us just how teeny her waist is.

Khanyi, who has previously gone for liposuction, saying that she was addicted to surgery, posted a snap of herself posing in front of the mirror.

The post got tons of reaction from her fans. Us? We reckon our arm is bigger than that waist.
