Chris Brown has broken his silence, following a traumatic stand-off with police at his LA home last week, saying that he "cannot wait till the truth comes to light".
In a video provided exclusively to ABC News this week, the rapper maintained his innocence following his arrest on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
"I cannot wait till the truth comes to light about this incident and this situation," Chris says in the video.

The Loyal singer also suggested he was set up by his accuser.
"My character's been defaced and who I am as a person and my integrity. I'm glad that all my real supporters know me, and know the truth and see the truth," Chris later added.
Chris made global headlines last week when it emerged that the star's house had been surrounded by police, following a 911 call from a woman claiming that Chris had allegedly pulled a gun on her.
Chris was later arrested and released on bail of $250 000.
According to E! Online, police are currently investigating the incident ahead of Chris Brown's next court date on September 20. He is apparently yet to be formally charged.
