In a lengthy Instagram post, the Isidingo actor paid tribute to his wife, saying that she was the one person who always believed in him.

"When I used to dream about doing what I loved you believed in me. Remember when I used to tell you about being on @isidingotheneed one day and the only gap I saw in the show was playing #ZebMatabane's son you believed me and said 'Dont worry its gonna happen.'"

He went on to say that it was her constant support that allowed him to dream bigger than he ever imagined.
