Top Billing's Jonathan Boynton-Lee showed us what he's made of at the celebrity Last Fighter Standing Challenge.

Jon faced-off against designer Gert-Johan Coetzee, Man Cave presenter Janez Vermeiren, actress Jena Dover, Micasa's Mo-T and funnyman Tshepo Mogale.

After a gruelling set of exercises Jon turned out to be victorious in a finale that saw him go from doing 10 pushups in 8 seconds to doing tumbles on a trampoline wearing a sumo wrestler fat suit.

Hosted by Last Fighter Standing CEO, Quinton van der Burgh, contestants met at Switch Playground in Lonehill. And boy, were we in for a sweaty afternoon.

And while we were impressed with their physical abilities, it was these kind of topless moments that made our day.

Jon. That body!

The road to the finals has been filmed for a reality TV show produced by Van der Burgh, which currently airs on Monday nights on e.tv.

Tickets for the LFS South African National and 4-Nations Championships, taking place on Saturday 15 October at The Dome are for sale at Ticketpro.
