Former Generations actor Zolisa Xaluva to join iGazi

Former Generations star Zolisa Xaluva has found a new home on Mzansi Magic's iGazi.

TshisaLIVE understands that Zolisa has joined the cast of the popular drama ahead of its second season.

The drama series was a huge fan favourite with audiences when its first season ran last year. According to Drum, the second season of the show will air in April.

It is not clear what role Zolisa will play on the hit show, but the star told Drum that he is excited to reunite with several actors he previously worked with at Generations.

"I’m currently shooting with the show and I’m very excited to be working with my old colleagues like Thami Mnqolo, Anga Makubalo and Zenande Mfenyane,” he told the publication.

The four stars were part of the16 actors who were fired by Generations in 2014 over contractual disputes.

TshisaLIVE reached out to Mzansi Magic, who refused to comment on Zolisa's appointment.
