She's a working mamma with a demanding career, but Zizo Tshwete is determined to take it at her own pace.

Zizo said she knows what it's like not to stick to a workout plan, but for her, it's all about staying focussed.

"There will be more reasons (*read excuses) not to stick to your workout plan than they will be to stay focused on it. When you have that day like I did today, remind yourself WHY you started in the first place."

Zizo is determined to get up and start changing her body. But more importantly she wants to change her mindset.

"Today I had to tell myself that I value being healthier than I am now MORE than any excuse I can come up with not to run. And so I changed into my workout clothes and ran. S.L.O.W.L.Y. What matters isn't my pace but that I didn't give up on MYSELF! It's going to get hard! DO NOT GIVE (UP) ON YOURSELF."
