AWKS! Travis Scott gets mistaken for another rapper in SA

Isn't it the worst feeling when you greet someone, anticipating that they will know who you are, only for them to mistake you with someone else?

Well, don't worry it's even happened to American muso Travis Scott.

The US rap star and producer may be famous in many parts of the world but there are still areas where he is confused for someone else. Like right here in Mzansi.

Fresh from performing at the Ticketpro Dome in Johannesburg over the weekend, Travis decided to do some sightseeing.

He met some neighbourhood kids who absolutely idolised him.

In other words, it was all going according to plan...until he realised that the kids had mistaken him for US rapper Chief Keef. 

Luckily Travis was able to laugh off the incident and even posed for pictures with his new fans.
