Comedian Mpho Popps has travelled across the globe and met many people along the way.
Taking a trip down memory lane Mpho opened up on Real Talk with Anele Mdoda about the memories and the places his career has taken him to.
Mpho detailed how he was in the States shooting a documentary on stand-up comedy when producers surprised them with a visit to Bill Cosby's house.
"We were shooting this documentary about stand-up comedy with comedians from around the world. I remember producers said we're taking you to a house. So we pull up to a house in Beverly Hills with fancy cars in the drive way," Mpho said.
He added that producers told them not to look at the pictures because they wanted it to be a surprise, but as they were guided into a room, he heard Bill's voice before actually seeing him.
He described the experience as a "life-changing moment".
"I was gobsmacked, star struck," he said.
Mpho also reflected on how every opportunity he's had over the years has contributed to who he is. "I once worked at a call centre and those people mould you for rejection," he said.
