IN MEMES | Yobe victim has a heart bigger than all of Twitter

When Twitter heard what Yobe's Kabelo had to say to the criminals who killed his father and robbed his mother of her husband, they were in absolutely shock mainly because not only did he forgive them, but he also hugged them!
*Meanwhile all most of us could think as we watched him in awe was: "It could never be me fam, but he's brave".*
Crime has affected many South Africans and is the main reason most young people are orphans or from broken homes. Losing a parent is one of the life events that usually opens a gate for many more problems, in the case of Kabelo, his father's death lead to him being unable to further his studies.
Yobe offers criminals a chance to apologise to people they did wrong to and closure for the victims.
Kabelo father, who the criminals said was killed because he got aggressive when they were robbing him, was the breadwinner of their household. Twitter almost lost it entirely when one of the three criminals said, "he was aggressive and left us with no choice," when he explained what happened on the day.
However, it seemed Kabelo had it in him to forgive and even shook their hands and gave them a hug.
