There's no denying that Khabonina Qubeka is an artist and she always finds a way to re-invent herself; case in point she seamlessly morphes from actress, to dancer and most recently Khabo Yoga the yogi.

She told TshisaLIVE about her dream and how she plans to win Africa over.

"My people, African people, are not easily persuaded to give yoga a chance. There are many reasons for that and one is we've been made to believe it's not for us. But fortunately, I know what we love, we love to dance. So I will travel the continent and introduce them to yoga, even if I must first present my dance skills to get their attention."

Such is a mark of a woman who sees no limits to her dreams and she's poured her passion into making yoga the in thing for the African youth.

Before the actress was known for her devious character on Isidingo, she was Muvhango's Doobsie (The 2000s won't know how iconic that character was).

However, soon after she captured Mzansi's heart as Doobsie, she locked us in her sizzling dance moves when she revealed she was also a choreographer.

She's got the moves too!

Khabonina, who has already been as far as Hong Kong exploring yoga with like-minded people from across the globe, said now that she knew the benefits of yoga she felt compelled to share.

She said she planned to visit African countries sharing the knowledge with a passion that matches that of a missionary planting Christianity.

"Other people in the world are so welcoming to the concept of yoga with an African twist, Afro-yoga. Seeing how people in Hong Kong for example were so willing to learn more about it, made me want to share it with everyone on my home continent. It has become my mission."

Khabonina said she had plans in place to visit countries such as Botswana, Mozambique, Zambia etc. to school her people, even if its just the benefit. In July, as part of Mandela month, she will do school tours.
