Dating out of your race is exciting and also a trap at times to totally embarrass yourself just like Skolopad did.

Well, in her defence, we think it was an honest mistake too. LOL.

Here's what happened.

Skolopad went over to bae's place for the weekend. Then she decided to prove just how much of wife material she was by cooking a hearty meal while her bae stepped out.

So far so good right? Yeah, that's what she thought too. Then she looked for something to cook in the freezer.

We guessing there were a lot of options. We know she loves her wors but she's also worn it before *LOL* so maybe she decided to go another route.

She didn't go for beef or turkey... instead she went straight for the chicken hearts.

Yes, chicken hearts.

Side education: So for most of you bougie people of the burbs; chicken hearts aka Dipeloana are the members of the large -"ANA's" family. It consists of Malana (chicken intestines), Dikilana (chicken gizzards), Maotoana (chicken feet) etc. Most black people eat these on a daily basis, because they are relatively cheaper than other (more prominent) parts of a chicken.

Okay, now that you've been educated let's get back to Skolopad.

Skolopad, knowing the above information, went and cooked the hell out of those chicken hearts.

After cooking up a storm, bae arrived and after he found out what she cooked, Skolopad was shook to the core by his response.

As it turned out, the chicken hearts were bought specifically to be dog food, meanwhile Skolopad cooked them for their romantic dinner.

Awks.

However, Twitter quickly reassured Skolopad that they wouldn't have hesitated to cook the township-famous delicacy. They joined her in the "we are shook" ville and told her laughed the embarrassment away.

Don't beat yourself up wena girl, dipeloana ke sešebo!
