Babes Wodumo is disappointed that she could not make a recent performance in the UK after a "few hiccups" with the promoter.

The Wololo hitmaker, who is currently in Dublin shared the apology to fans on Instagram. She also revealed that she was not in a good space as she was dealing with the death of her grandmother.

"Our sincere apology to my UK fans for not pitching last night the promoter and I had a few hiccups and I also wasn't at all in a good space since I received sad news that my grandmother has passed on I also apologise on behalf of Mkhukhwini," she wrote.

Babes promised her Dublin fans that she would pull up on Sunday to rock their world.

"But what I wanna guarantee my Dublin fans is that I'm performing tonight I'm ready rock this place."

Speaking to TshisaLIVE previously Babes expressed her desire for world domination and explained that she was on demand on the international market. She said she would be focusing a lot more on that to ensure growth in her career.

"I'm still hot property; I mean I am the person that Diplo - who has worked with Beyoncé - was searching high and low for. I am working on an EP because, unlike in the beginning, I don't have too much time on my hands to be in the studio. The admin that goes into making an album is too much because now I have to balance it out with performances and other important things like interviews."

However, rest assured in December Babes will be helping you dance away that Christmas meal weight gain.

"But I know for a fact that December will be very busy, SA can trust me on that," she told TshisaLIVE.
