IN MEMES | #HopeWithZola was art & they brought Rasta into it!
After Rasta topped the Twitter trends list for most of Tuesday for messing up yet another portrait, this time of late rapper HHP, it seemed like Zola 7's show was there to offer a solution to the problem. And tweeps were mos def here for it.
Hope With Zola introduced Twitter to Robert Kgabo a former soldier from Mamelodi, who is keen on teaching children art skills. Robert opened his house as safe space for the little artists and asked Zola to help him organize an exhibition for the kids.
As always, Mzolisto came through for them and Twitter loved each and every moment of the exhibition.
Of course, having just experience another portrait gone wrong thanks to Rasta's portrayal of HHP at his memorial service tweeps felt Rasta needed to also enroll for the classes.
They even had the memes.
