LISTEN: ProKid lives on in Ntukza’s new single
It's been three months since hip-hop veteran ProKid died after suffering a seizure, but it's evident that his legacy lives on.
One of Pro's friends and rapper, Ntukza has released a track Ziyamporoma featuring the late rapper himself.
The track proves that even though Pro isn't physically here, he lives on through the music.
Ntukza also revealed that an animated music video for the track will be released in March next year.
Just days after the Pro's death, his family released the results of a post-mortem which revealed that he died due to bleeding in the pancreas.
"Doctors revealed that Linda suffered from hemosuccus pancreaticus which is bleeding in the pancreas, pancreatic duct or structures near the pancreas such as the splenic artery, that bleed into the pancreatic duct," read part of the statement.
Pro's close friend Zakwe told TshisaLIVE at the time that he felt ProKid had slipped into a depression of sorts over the last few months because gigs were drying up and he wasn't getting the recognition he deserved.
