It's hard to ignore that Pearl Thusi has been making mega moves in the acting world and even her haters had to come out of hiding to give her credit for her latest gig.
Pearl struggled to fight make tears when she announced that she would be starring in Netflix's first original African drama, Queen Sono.
The series sees Pearl playing the lead role and fighting crime while dealing with her personal issues. It is due for release in 2019.

The actress landed on the Twitter trends list on Monday night as congratulatory messages flooded the TL.
