A remake of the much-loved Will Smith comedy The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air by a fan has injected the world with excitement about how a new approach and a 2019 touch would look and feel on the show.
"Now, this is a story all about how my life got flipped-turned upside down And I'd like to take a minute Just sit right there I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel-Air".
If you sang, instead of straight up read, the lyrics above then you've probably just had a mini nostalgic experience of The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air that you know and love.
But, hold on, because there might be a plot twist in the mix. Fans are sure a remake such as a trailer that popped up on the TL this week, would be a hit if it ever happened to develop into more than a brilliant fan expression.
In the trailer, the show has become a tad more serious and looks at the socio-economic problems black Americans are dealing with.
There is still that goofy fun but there's definitely more drama as new age "Will" also tackles concepts such as "imposter syndrome" and identity crisis, among others.
Take a look at the fire trailer!
